Letting Businesses Request a Placement

Agency-only: turn on a public form so any business can ask you to fill a role, straight from your company page.

1

Agency accounts only

Placement Service is a Business Profile setting available to Agency accounts, not standalone Recruiter accounts. Turn it on from Settings, and add a preferred contact email, that address is never shown publicly, only the request itself lands there.

2

Adds a real button to your public company page

Once activated, your public company page shows a "Request a Placement" button next to your Verified Services. Any business, with no RecruiterLog account of their own, can fill out a brief using the same job form fields recruiters already use to post a role.

3

You get an email and a dashboard list

Every submitted request goes to your preferred contact email (if you set one) and appears in your dashboard's Placement Requests tab, newest first. RecruiterLog never becomes the middleman for the actual relationship, you follow up with the business directly.

4

Turn it off anytime

Flip the same setting off whenever you want. Past requests stay visible in your dashboard either way.

Frequently asked
Does this cost credits or add to my plan price?

No. Enabling it, receiving requests, and reading them in your dashboard are all free on any Agency plan.

Can a Recruiter account turn this on?

No, it's an Agency-only feature and doesn't appear in Settings for a standalone Recruiter account.
