Leaving Company Feedback

How to log and rate an application you made outside RecruiterLog, and share it anonymously if you choose.

1

Find 'Leave Company Feedback'

This flow is for experiences with companies you applied to somewhere else: their own careers site, LinkedIn, another job board. Start it from your dashboard.

2

Tell us who and what

Search for the company (or add it if it's genuinely new to the platform), then fill in the job title and, if you'd like, a short role description and which stage you reached (Applied, Screening, Interview, Offer, Hired, or Declined).

3

Rate your actual experience

Rate communication and responsiveness, interview quality (if applicable), and offer transparency (if applicable), and write a few honest sentences about what happened. Every rating defaults to neutral, so you only need to adjust the ones that matter to you.

4

Choose whether to stay anonymous

By default, your feedback is anonymized: the company sees a masked name, not you. You're always in control of whether that changes.

5

Share it if you want to

Once submitted, you'll get a shareable, anonymized link to your review: handy if you want to warn (or vouch for) a company publicly without it being tied to your real profile.

6

You'll find it in Your Applications, tagged as a Review

Submitted feedback shows up right alongside your real applications on your dashboard, with a small 'Review' label so it's never confused with a job you're actually applying for and tracking.
