How to apply through RecruiterLog, and how that's different from logging feedback about a job you found elsewhere.

Every job posted directly on RecruiterLog is reply-time tracked from the moment you apply. Browse or search Listed Jobs, and open any role that looks interesting. Each listing carries the employer's reply record in plain words, with a coloured dot beside it: "Usually replies within 2 days" reads green, "Slow to reply, about 20 days" reads red, and an employer with too few logged applications says so rather than showing a confident-looking number. Every listing also shows whether the role is Remote, Hybrid, or On-site, and the pay when it is stated.
Want the numbers behind that line?
The reply-time sentence is the short version. Open the employer's company page for the full breakdown: their Trust Score, Ghost Index, average response time, and the individual tracked applications those are built from.
Apply with your CV
Click Apply, attach your CV, and add a short cover message if you'd like. That's it: your application is submitted, and your own response-time clock for that employer starts right away.
Track it from your dashboard
Every application you submit shows up on your dashboard with its current stage (Applied, Screening, Interview, Offer, and so on) and how many days it's been since you applied. No need to guess or email to check in.
Already applied somewhere outside RecruiterLog?
If you applied to a job directly on a company's own site or through another job board, you can still log that experience and hold the employer accountable. That's a slightly different flow called 'Leave Company Feedback,' which asks for the company, role, and your own account of what happened, rather than submitting a fresh application.
