Proving Your Identity Verification Is Genuine
Your verified badge is backed by a public record anyone can check, so a candidate doesn't have to take our word for it.

Any site can put a checkmark next to a name. A candidate who has already been burned by a fake recruiter has no way to tell a real verification from a graphic. That's the gap this closes: your verification is published somewhere we don't control, so it can be confirmed without trusting us.
What actually gets published
Only that an identity check was passed, and when. No name, no email, no company, no ID document. What goes out is a fingerprint that can't be traced back to a person. Your actual ID is never stored by us at all, it's handled directly by Sumsub, our identity verification provider.
How someone checks it
Your public recruiter profile shows an On-Chain Credential panel with a Verify button. Pressing it recomputes the whole chain of proof in the visitor's own browser, from your profile's data through to the published record. Nothing is taken on faith, including from us.
It's yours to keep, if you want it
By default we hold the credential on your behalf, which makes it publicly checkable but not portable. From your dashboard you can claim it to your own Solana wallet, and then it's genuinely yours: you can present it anywhere, independently of RecruiterLog, and it keeps working even if you stop using us.
Do I need a crypto wallet to be verified?
No. Verification and the public credential work with no wallet at all. A wallet only matters if you want to hold the credential yourself so it's portable beyond RecruiterLog, and that's entirely optional.
Does this cost me anything extra?
No. Publishing the credential is included, and we pay the network fee. Identity verification itself costs one agent credit, taken when you start the check and refunded in full if it doesn't clear.
Is my ID document published anywhere?
Never. We don't store your ID at all, Sumsub handles it directly, and what gets published is a fingerprint containing no personal information of any kind.
What happens if I leave my company?
The credential says you passed an identity check, not who you worked for, so it stays valid. Employment details live on your profile and change normally as you move.
Can this be taken away?
It expires after a year and needs re-verifying, and it's withdrawn if a later check invalidates it. Deleting your account removes it entirely and permanently.
