The bar along the bottom is the main navigation

On a phone the places you go most sit in a bar fixed to the bottom of the screen, one thumb-reach away, rather than behind a menu. What is in it depends on who you are: a candidate gets Jobs, Applications, Messages, Rewards, and themselves; a recruiter or agency gets Dashboard, Messages, Jobs, Ledger, and themselves; signed out it is Jobs, Companies, Ledger, and Rewards.

The last tab is you

It shows your own profile photo, or your initials if you have not added one, and your first name rather than a generic label. A candidate lands on their candidate profile. A recruiter or agency lands on their own profile inside the dashboard's Settings.

Messages appears once, not twice

Because the bottom bar carries Messages with its own unread count, the mail icon is not repeated in the header on a phone. On a tablet, where there is no bottom bar, it comes back to the header.

Everything else is behind the menu icon

The menu button in the top right opens a drawer with the full navigation. Signing in and out lives at the top of it, beside the RecruiterLog name, so it is never buried at the bottom of a list. Rewards and Resources start folded so the whole menu fits one screen; tap either heading to open it.

Filters are behind one button

On the job board, the Public Ledger, Market Trends, and a company's own openings, search keeps its place and every other filter sits behind a Filters button next to it. It shows a number when filters are set, opens as a sheet from the bottom of the screen, and applies as you change things rather than making you confirm. Whatever is set appears as chips you can tap to remove.

Job listings, cards or rows

On a phone the job board always shows cards, and the card-versus-row switch you see on a desktop is hidden, because at that width a row stacks into the same thing a card does and the choice is not a real one.
