Reading the Market Trends Leaderboard

How employer rankings work, and why not every company shows up ranked.

Understand the ranking rule

A company needs at least 5 verified candidate logs before it's eligible to appear ranked at all. This is deliberate: without a minimum sample size, a single log could swing a brand-new company to '#1' or '0% ghost index,' which wouldn't be a credible signal.

Not-yet-ranked companies aren't hidden entirely

Companies below that threshold still have their own profile page with whatever data exists. They just aren't part of the public leaderboard yet. You'll see a note on the leaderboard explaining how many companies fall into this category.

5

Switch the display currency if you need to

Salary and pricing figures across Market Trends follow a currency preference you can change from the page itself; it's remembered for next time you visit.

The Hiring Confidence Index

A single 0 to 100 gauge in the stat tile grid reads the overall temperature of the hiring market, built entirely from RecruiterLog's own data (ghosting trend, response speed trend, posting volume, Trust Score movement, and disclosed salary trend), never an outside source. If there isn't enough data across enough of those signals yet, it says so plainly instead of showing a number it can't back up. A small link icon on the tile gives you a copy-paste snippet if you want to embed it on your own site.
