Meet Scout, Your AI Help Assistant
What Scout can actually do, how it's different from every other agent in the marketplace, and what it costs.
3 min readIt's a chat assistant, not a per-task agent
Every other agent in the marketplace runs one specific job (triage, drafting, monitoring). Scout is different: a chat assistant available from a floating button on every page, there to answer questions and, over time, act on your account when you ask it to.
It answers from what's actually true here
Scout's answers are grounded in this Help Center and your own account data, not a generic guess. Ask how something works and it explains it the way this article would.
It proposes actions, it never just does them
Ask Scout to take an action, like tracking a role, following a company, or drafting a reply to a candidate, and it proposes the exact change first. Nothing runs until you review it and click confirm. There's no version of Scout acting on your account unattended.
Candidates get it free, recruiters and agencies activate it
Candidates can chat with Scout with no setup at all. Recruiters and agencies activate it from the Agent Marketplace like any other agent, after which it works the same way for their team.
What does Scout cost to use?
1 agent credit per 50 chat messages, shared across your team the same as any other agent's credit pool. Candidates chat with Scout for free, up to 15 messages a month; the count resets automatically at the start of each new month.
Can Scout see things I haven't told it?
It can read data tied to your own account, like your applications, jobs, or agent status, to answer questions and propose actions. It never accesses another account's data.
