These Official Sweepstakes Rules ("Rules") govern every promotional giveaway ("Giveaway," each running period a "Giveaway Cycle") operated by Bitrora ("Sponsor," "we," "us," or "our"), trading as RecruiterLog, a company registered in Beaverton, OR, United States, through the Giveaway page on our platform. By entering a Giveaway Cycle, you agree to these Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase, payment, or subscription will not increase your chances of winning. RecruiterLog's candidate service is, and always will be, free.

1. Eligibility

Each Giveaway Cycle is open only to individuals who hold a free RecruiterLog Candidate account in good standing. Recruiter and Agency accounts, and anyone entering on their behalf, are not eligible. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.

Unless a specific Giveaway Cycle states otherwise, entry is open worldwide. Sponsor may limit a given cycle to specific countries, shown on the Giveaway page for that cycle, and reserves the right to exclude any jurisdiction where the Giveaway is restricted or prohibited by law, or where a resident is subject to comprehensive trade sanctions or embargoes. It is your responsibility to confirm that entering is lawful where you live.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) or household members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win.

2. Giveaway Cycles and Entry Period

Sponsor runs Giveaways in periods called Giveaway Cycles, each with its own prize, start date, and end date, published on the Giveaway page. Multiple Giveaway Cycles may run at the same time, each with its own entries, prize, and drawing. Only entries received during an active cycle's entry period count toward that cycle's drawing. If no cycle is currently active, entry is not open.

3. How to Enter

There are three ways to receive an entry into an active Giveaway Cycle, and none of them requires a purchase or payment:

• Free entry. Create a free RecruiterLog Candidate account (or use your existing one) and click "Claim Your Free Entry" on the Giveaway page. Limit one free entry per candidate per Giveaway Cycle. No purchase or other activity is required.
• Bonus entries. Additional entries are credited automatically for eligible use of the free candidate service during the active Giveaway Cycle, such as submitting a job application or leaving an employer review. Qualifying actions are set by Sponsor for each cycle and, like the free entry, never require a purchase or payment. Your running entry total for the active cycle is shown on the Giveaway page at all times.
• Points entries. If a Giveaway Cycle allows it (shown on the Giveaway page for that cycle), you may exchange RecruiterLog Points for one additional entry at a time, at the point cost shown for that cycle, for as long as your points balance allows. RecruiterLog Points are earned entirely through free use of the candidate service and are never sold, purchased, or exchangeable for money, so redeeming them for entries is not a purchase or payment and does not affect your chances of winning relative to the free entry.

Automated entries, entries submitted through any means other than the Giveaway page, and multiple accounts created to gain additional entries are void. Sponsor may disqualify any entry, or any participant, it believes in good faith to have been submitted in violation of these Rules.

4. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Giveaway Cycle. Every entry, whether a free entry, a bonus entry, or a points entry, has an equal chance of being selected.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Shortly after a Giveaway Cycle ends, Sponsor selects one winner by a computer-generated random drawing from all valid entries received during that cycle. The winner is notified using the contact details on their RecruiterLog account and, separately, via an in-platform notification. A winner must respond within 14 days of notification. If a winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining valid entries or, at Sponsor's discretion, award no prize for that cycle.

6. Prizes

The prize for each Giveaway Cycle is described on the Giveaway page for that cycle. Unless stated otherwise, prizes are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash, and no substitution is permitted by the winner. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, and any costs not expressly included in the prize description.

7. Winner Announcements

Past winners are shown on the Giveaway page using a masked version of their name, consistent with how candidate identities are handled everywhere else on the platform. Sponsor will not publish a winner's full name, contact details, or other personal information without their separate, explicit consent.

8. General Conditions

By entering, you represent that the information on your RecruiterLog account is accurate and that you meet the eligibility requirements above. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify a Giveaway Cycle, or these Rules, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, you release Sponsor, its officers, employees, and agents from any liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from your entry or participation in the Giveaway, or from your acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Privacy

Information collected in connection with a Giveaway Cycle is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
