RecruiterLog
About

We built the job board we wished existed.

The problem

Applying to a job is a leap of faith. You send your resume into a form, and most of the time you never hear back, not a rejection, not an acknowledgment, nothing. There's no way to know beforehand which employers actually reply and which ones go quiet the moment you hit submit.

Employers who reply fast and treat candidates well get no credit for it. Employers who ghost everyone pay no price for it. Neither shows up anywhere public, so the pattern just repeats for the next applicant.

What we do instead

RecruiterLog tracks how long it actually takes an employer to respond to a real application, and makes that record public. Every employer on the platform has a Ghost Index and a Trust Score built from tracked applications, not a survey, not a self-report, not something they can buy their way out of. You can read exactly how both are calculated on our methodology page.

Candidates use RecruiterLog to see an employer's real record before applying, and get rewarded with points, badges, and giveaway entries for staying active. It's free, forever, no card required.

Recruiters and agencies use it to triage applicants faster, build a public reply-time record that actually helps them hire, and run their whole pipeline from one dashboard. Pricing is published, no sales calls required, see the full breakdown.

What we believe

A hiring process someone can see through is a better one for everyone in it. That only works if the numbers are real, computed the same way for every employer, and impossible to buy. So we don't sell a better score, remove a real review because someone complained, or hide an employer's record because they're a paying customer. An employer can respond publicly to a specific review, that's the only way a rating changes without the candidate who left it updating it themselves.
