Leaderboard, Referrals, Brand Academy & Giveaways
Four extra ways to earn beyond the basics, and how to actually opt in to each one.
4 min readThe leaderboard is opt-in and pseudonymous
From your Rewards page, opt in with a handle you make up yourself, never your real name, to appear on the public leaderboard. It's off by default, and you can opt back out at any time; your real identity is never shown on it.
Referrals pay out twice: when they join in, and again if they're hired
Share your referral link from your Rewards page. You're first credited once the friend you referred actually completes a real first action, applying to a role or leaving a review, not the moment they create an account; that's a deliberate anti-fraud safeguard, not a delay for its own sake. If that same friend later gets hired through RecruiterLog, you earn a second, bigger bonus, a one-time reward for that specific friend, it won't repeat if they change jobs again down the line.
Brand Academy trades a short course for points and a badge
The Academy page splits courses into Available and Past. For an available course, sign in as a candidate, read a few short lessons, then take a quiz. Pass it and you get points plus a completion badge. A past course stays fully readable, and you can still take its quiz for the credential, but it no longer pays out points once it's ended.
Three ways to earn an entry, and one of them can repeat
When a giveaway cycle is active, you can earn entries through normal platform activity, claim one guaranteed free entry with no purchase or activity required (a legal requirement for any sweepstakes, not a workaround), or spend points you've already earned for one more entry at a time, for as long as your balance allows. Several giveaways can run at once, each shown as its own card. If nothing's running, the Giveaway page will say so plainly rather than showing a stale or fake cycle. Scroll down on the same page for Past Giveaways, showing the prize and winner from every cycle drawn so far.
You can win one prize per calendar month
Entered several giveaways at once and already won one this month? Your other entries that month sit out of the draw rather than winning you a second prize, so there's no advantage to spreading entries across every active cycle at once. Nothing is refunded or lost; it's simply excluded from that month's remaining draws.
Read the official rules
Every mechanic above, eligibility, the free-entry method, odds, and prize fulfillment, is governed by the full Sweepstakes Rules published on the site. Worth a read before you enter if you want the exact legal terms rather than the plain-language version here.
