How Points, Levels & Badges Work

What earns you points, what your level and tier actually mean, and, honestly, whether you can redeem points for anything.

You start earning the moment you sign up

Points aren't a separate thing you opt into: applying to a role, leaving a company review, keeping an activity streak going, and landing in a recruiter's AI Top 20 all earn points automatically as you go. Your first points land the moment you create a candidate account.

Points build your level and tier

Enough points moves you up a level, and enough levels moves you up a tier: Bronze, Silver, Gold, then Platinum. Higher tiers pay out real bonuses: a bigger streak bonus every day you stay active, and a bigger bonus when a friend you refer joins in or gets hired. Tier and badges are never a factor in how AI Triage actually ranks your fit for a role, or in your Candidate Authenticity Signal. Those stay entirely separate.

Badges are collectible, not a checklist

Badges cover a wide range of activity: your first review, your first application, joining the leaderboard, referring a friend, taking a Brand Academy course, even just checking out the Help Center. Visit your Rewards page and tap any badge, earned or not, to see exactly what it's for and how to get it.

So, can you redeem points for anything?

Yes: head to the Giveaway page and turn points you've earned into extra entries, as many as your balance allows. More ways to spend are coming, targeting Q1 2027: think priority access to Brand Academy courses or upcoming AI-powered features, though the exact mechanics for those are still being finalized. Points also keep building your status (level, tier, and its perks) and bragging rights (badges, the leaderboard) regardless of how you spend them, so nothing you earn goes to waste either way.
