Junior Social Media Coordinator
"If you actually spend time on social platforms and have a feel for what resonates, this is a genuine entry point into AdTech where you'll learn strategy alongside day-to-day execution—with real mentorship and room to grow into a mid-level role. You'll own a piece of multiple channels from day one while working alongside experienced strategists, so it's hands-on learning, not busy work."
Bitrora is looking for a Junior Social Media Coordinator to join our Marketing & AdTech team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone early in their career who is genuinely excited about social platforms, digital culture, and building audiences online. You'll work closely with our senior social and content team, learning the fundamentals of social media strategy while contributing hands-on to our day-to-day channel activity. In this role, you will help schedule and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X. You'll draft captions, source and organize visual assets, and monitor comments and messages to keep our community engaged. You'll track performance metrics like reach, engagement, and follower growth, and help pull together simple weekly and monthly reports. You'll also research trends, competitor activity, and content ideas that keep our channels relevant, and support the wider team during campaign launches and content shoots. We're looking for someone with a strong personal interest in social media and a good instinct for what performs well on different platforms. You should be a clear and careful writer, comfortable adapting tone for different audiences, and organized enough to manage a content calendar and hit posting deadlines. Basic familiarity with scheduling or analytics tools is a plus but not required — we'll train you. You should be proactive, open to feedback, and eager to learn the mechanics of paid and organic social. This role suits recent graduates, career changers, or anyone with relevant internship, freelance, or personal-project experience. A degree is welcome but not mandatory if you can show relevant hands-on experience. This is a full-time position with mentorship and clear paths to grow into a mid-level social or content role.
