Know who actually replies, before you apply.
Apply, track, and evaluate employers with real data. Free, forever. Ghost Index and reply-time tracking on every application. Free, no catch, forever.
Reply-Time Tracking & the Ghost Index
Every application starts a reply-time clock. If a recruiter goes quiet past the reply-time window, it counts against their Ghost Index, a public measure of how often an employer leaves candidates hanging.
How is the Ghost Index calculated?⌄
It's the share of an employer's applications that received no response at all within their reply-time window. You can see it on their Market Trends and company profile pages.
What if the company hasn't been claimed by a recruiter yet?⌄
The reply-time clock only starts once a recruiter from that company claims their profile. An application to an unclaimed company doesn't count against anyone's Ghost Index until they do.
Does this cost anything as a candidate?⌄
No. Applying, tracking, and reviewing employers is free for candidates, forever.
Employer Trust Score & Brand Ranking
Each employer has a Trust Score blending reply-time performance with candidate-reported experience, ranked against every other employer on the platform on Market Trends.
Where can I see an employer's rank before applying?⌄
Visit Market Trends or the company's own profile page. Both show live Trust Score and rank.
The Public Ledger & Ghosting Reports
Browse the live, unfiltered feed behind every Trust Score and Ghost Index: real tracked applications and real employer reviews, searchable and filterable by stage, sector, and date. Every row shows whether it has been sealed on Solana yet, so a record isn't just published, it's checkable. Track a company straight from any row, or report an entry that looks wrong.
Do I need an account to browse the Ledger?⌄
No. Guests can view the first 15 rows. Signing in as a candidate unlocks the full feed, tracking companies, and reporting entries.
What's a sector Ghosting Report?⌄
A public breakdown of ghosting rates by sector and job type, so you can see which industries respond reliably before you even start applying.
What do the On chain, Queued, and Clock running marks mean?⌄
On chain means the record has settled and its fingerprint is published on Solana for anyone to check. Queued means it has settled and is waiting for the next daily publication. Clock running means the reply-time clock is still going, so the record can still change and is deliberately not sealed: sealing something that can still change would prove nothing.
Verified Employer Badges
A Verified Employer badge means this company has sustained a Highly Trusted rating across a real sample of tracked applications, not a self-reported claim. It's earned by actually replying to candidates, not by signing up.
What does the Verified Employer badge actually check?⌄
It's a performance badge, not an identity check: it means the company has held a Highly Trusted Trust Score tier across enough tracked applications to be statistically meaningful. For a check on the actual person you're talking to, see Verified Recruiter below.
Verified Recruiter Badges
Candidates are dealing with more fake-recruiter scams than ever. A Verified Recruiter badge means that specific person passed a real government-ID and liveness check, so you know you're talking to a real person before you ever reply.
How is this different from a Verified Employer badge?⌄
Verified Employer is about the company's reply-time track record. Verified Recruiter is about the individual person you're messaging, confirmed via a real ID check, and it also earns their listings a boost in job search's Verified & Trusted ranking lane.
Candidate Reviews & Recruiter Responses
After applying, you can rate your experience (communication, interview quality, offer transparency), and recruiters can respond directly. Real feedback, both ways.
Can a recruiter see who left a review?⌄
Only if you approve sync for that application. Otherwise your review stays anonymized.
AI Top 20 Ranking & Mutual-Intent Sync
When a recruiter runs AI-powered triage on a role you applied to, you may land in their ranked Top 20, and you'll see it on your dashboard. Approving their sync request reveals your identity so they can act on it. A sync is mutual: it means the recruiter is genuinely interested, and so are you.
What happens if I decline a sync request?⌄
Nothing happens. You stay anonymized to that recruiter and can keep evaluating the opportunity on your own terms.
Do I always see a Top 20 badge?⌄
Only once a recruiter has actually run AI triage on that specific listing. It's not automatic for every application.
Skill Probes & Take-Home Tasks
A recruiter can generate a short, role-specific skill probe tied to your application, or assign a real take-home task with its own brief and deadline. A probe is scored automatically the moment you submit it; a task is reviewed and rated personally by the recruiter. Either way, the result becomes a real, visible credential on your application rather than a self-reported claim.
I got a link to a skill probe. What is it?⌄
A short set of role-specific questions a recruiter generated for your application. You don't need an account to view it, but you do need to be signed in as yourself to submit it.
Can I retake it if I don't like my score?⌄
No. One attempt is enforced to keep the credential meaningful. The result is recorded either way.
How is a task different from a probe?⌄
A probe is auto-scored the instant you submit it. A task is a real deliverable a recruiter reads and rates themselves (from 1 to 5, with written feedback), so it can take a bit longer to hear back.
Track Roles & Job Alerts
Save a specific role to your watchlist to follow its status, or subscribe to sector-wide alerts so you hear about new response-verified openings the moment they're posted.
What's the difference between tracking a role and job alerts?⌄
Tracking a role watches that one listing from your dashboard. Job Alerts notify you by email or push whenever a new listing matches sectors you care about.
Earn Points, Badges & Real Perks
Applying, leaving honest reviews, keeping an activity streak going, and landing in a recruiter's AI Top 20 all earn points automatically, no extra step required. Points build your level and tier from Bronze to Platinum, and higher tiers pay out real, bigger bonuses on your streaks and referrals, not just a badge.
Do I have to do anything extra to start earning?⌄
No. Everyday actions you're already taking, like applying to a role or reviewing an employer, earn points automatically the moment you sign up.
Do tier perks affect how AI Triage ranks me?⌄
Never. Tier perks only ever scale the points you earn, completely separate from how AI Triage scores your fit for a role or how recruiters see your Candidate Authenticity Signal.
Can I redeem points for anything?⌄
Yes. You can already spend earned points on extra Giveaway entries, as many as your balance allows. More ways to spend are coming, targeting Q1 2027: priority access to Brand Academy courses and extra AI-powered features, though the exact mechanics for those are still being finalized. Every point you earn counts toward whichever you use it for.
Leaderboard, Referrals, Brand Academy & Giveaways
Opt into a pseudonymous leaderboard to see how you stack up against other candidates, refer friends for bonus points once they actually get started, then earn again (a bigger, one-time bonus) if that friend goes on to get hired through RecruiterLog. As far as we know, that second payout is unique to RecruiterLog. Also take short sponsored courses through Brand Academy for extra points and a badge, and enter recurring giveaways for real prizes.
Does the leaderboard show my real name?⌄
Never. It's opt-in, and only shows a pseudonymous handle you choose yourself.
When do I actually get referral points?⌄
Twice, at two different moments: once your friend completes a real first action, like applying or leaving a review, and again (a bigger bonus) the first time they get hired through RecruiterLog. The first credit is a fraud safeguard, not a delay for its own sake; the second is a one-time reward per friend, it doesn't repeat if they change jobs again later.
What happens once a Brand Academy course ends?⌄
The Academy page splits into Available Courses and Past Courses. A course that's ended stays fully readable and you can still take its quiz; it simply stops paying out points and a badge once it's past its end date.
Do I need an account to read a Brand Academy lesson?⌄
Yes. Lesson content and the quiz both require signing in as a candidate. You can preview a course's title and lesson list as a guest, but reading the actual material needs a free account.
Can I see who won a past giveaway?⌄
Yes. The Giveaway page lists past cycles with their prize and winner, shown with a masked name to protect their privacy.
Scout: Free AI Help Assistant
Scout is a chat assistant available from every page, answering questions grounded in the Help Center and, on request, taking guarded actions like tracking a role or checking your rewards status. Free for candidates from day one, no activation needed.
Does Scout cost anything as a candidate?⌄
No. It's free with no activation step, unlike recruiters and agencies who activate it from the Agent Marketplace.
Can Scout apply to jobs or change my profile without asking?⌄
No. Anything beyond answering a question, like tracking a role or claiming a giveaway entry, is proposed first and only runs once you confirm it.
Free Downloadable, RecruiterLog-Formatted CV
Once your Candidate Profile is reviewed, download a clean, RecruiterLog-branded rewrite of it as a CV, the exact same document a recruiter can pull up after you apply. Free, and yours to reuse anywhere, not just on this platform.
Where do I get my downloadable CV?⌄
From your Candidate Profile card or the Profile tab on your dashboard, once your profile is marked reviewed. It opens as a print-ready page; use your browser's Print or Save as PDF option to keep a copy.
Does this replace my original resume?⌄
No. It's a clean, structured rewrite built from what you reviewed and saved to your profile, meant as a polished, shareable version, not a legal replacement for your own resume.
Does downloading it cost anything?⌄
No. It's free, part of the same Candidate Profile that's already free forever.
Your Profile, Your Control
Change your display name whenever you need to (once every 6 months), keep two-factor authentication on your account, and review a private, immutable 30-day log of security-relevant activity: logins, sync decisions, and profile changes. Your email never changes.
Why can I only rename myself every 6 months?⌄
It keeps identity stable across employers you've synced with and reviews you've left, while still letting you fix a typo or update after a legal name change.
Who can see my activity log?⌄
Only you. It's a private, append-only record of your own account's security activity, kept for 30 days.
What if I think I was banned unfairly?⌄
You can submit a ban appeal directly from the sign-in screen. Our team reviews every appeal individually.
