Korsie is seeking a Legal Tenders Manager to lead the end-to-end management of legal tenders, bids, and procurement processes for our non-profit organisation. In this role you will oversee the preparation, submission, and tracking of tender documentation while ensuring full compliance with legal, regulatory, and funder requirements. You will work closely with legal counsel, programme teams, and senior leadership to secure contracts and funding that advance our mission. As Legal Tenders Manager, your responsibilities will include managing the complete tender lifecycle from opportunity identification through submission and post-award review; drafting, reviewing, and coordinating tender documents, contracts, and supporting materials; ensuring all submissions meet legal, statutory, and donor compliance standards; maintaining an organised tender pipeline and tracking deadlines and outcomes; liaising with internal stakeholders to gather accurate technical and financial information; negotiating terms and clarifying requirements with commissioning bodies and funders; keeping accurate records for audit and reporting purposes; and staying current with public procurement law and sector regulations. We are looking for someone with proven experience managing tenders, bids, or procurement, ideally within the non-profit, public, or charity sector. You should have a solid understanding of contract and procurement law and strong attention to detail when reviewing legal documentation. Excellent written communication, the ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure, and strong stakeholder coordination skills are essential. A legal, procurement, or business qualification is desirable, though relevant hands-on experience is equally valued. Candidates must be comfortable working in a mission-driven environment where budgets are tight and outcomes matter.
